An organization tasked with keeping humanity under the gods' control. It was formerly led by The King, but was later split into two factions led by Han Daewi and Yoo Mira respectively.

A South Korean organization created by Kim Ungnyeo made up of the six strongest fighters who would only answer to the president.
Post-Ragnarok, it comprised the six most powerful people in the world, regardless of their nationality or political affiliation.

Following Ragnarok, the World Government came to rule over all nations.
It was opposed by Balhae and the two NOX factions, and later warred against the newly established New Korea faction.

After the war, Park Ilpyo was appointed the 2nd World President following the exposure of Park Mujin's crimes.
The faction founded by Jin Mori after waging war against the World Government. It occupies the former Seoul territory, where a large number of non-power borrowers have immigrated.

It is officially affiliated with NOX's eastern faction.

Founded by Lee Sujin, this faction is located in the north.

Terrorist attacks and violent demonstrations against pro-power borrower policies are its main occupations. Due to Han Daewi's personality, despite having similar goals, Balhae avoided joining forces with his faction; however, following the conflict with the World Government, it allied itself with New Korea.
Also known as Tathagata's Disciples, they have vowed loyalty to Tathagata. They cut their ties with the world and are as strong, if not stronger, than the First Heavenly Realm Gods.

Also known as Gaia's children, they are Gaia's creations tasked with protecting the Earth and those who have inherited her blood. They are born with massive amounts of power.
