The God of High School
The God of High School (갓 오브 하이 스쿨) is a manhwa written and illustrated by Park Yongje and is one of Naver Webtoon's representative hits. It has surpassed 5.4 billion views worldwide.
Beginning on 8th April, 2011, it was serialized on Naver Webtoon every friday, and the final chapter was released on November 3rd, 2022.
It was later released in English by Line Webtoon in July 1st, 2014 and its last chapter was published on December 2nd 2022.
It was also translated into Chinese (both simplified and traditional), Thai, Indonesian, Spanish, French, German and Japanese.
It's genred as Action, Urban Fantasy and Dark Fantasy.

The God of High School: Eclipse, a light novel with two volumes, was published by Naver Novels between April 2, 2015 and July 28, 2016. (It has next to no correlation to the main story, so it is not a mandatory read.)
On 31st January 2017, the first volume of GOH was made available in South Korean stores.
On 17th October 2023, the first volume of GOH was released in English.
Currently, 4 volumes are released in Korean, 3 in English and 8 in French.
The God of High School was selected as one of 16 works participating in Webtoon Singer, an entertainment program jointly created by TVING and Naver Webtoon. GOH's songs were released on the 5th episode.

Synopsis
Mori Jin, a 17-year-old martial artist from Seoul, South Korea, receives an invitation to take part in "The God of High School", a martial arts competition, the hosts granting the winner's wish with no questions asked as the prize.
This intrigues Mori, who joins simply for the entertainment, and as he advances through the competition, he encounters numerous opponents, each of whom has a distinctive fighting style. Aside from martial arts, participants fight with "Borrowed Power". During the preliminary rounds, he encounters two other martial arts prodigies: Kyokushin Karate expert Daewi Han, who wishes to cure his best friend, and Mira Yoo, a master of the sword, who wishes to revive her sword style. These three will become friends and form the Korean Team after the preliminary rounds. As the preliminary rounds of the tournaments conclude and teams are formed, plans for many different people within the organization and those pitted against them begin to take shape.
The atmosphere of the story is generally serious, and from the second half of the 2nd part to the 3rd part, the story starts to deepen its serious and heavy tone. Heavy topics, gory depictions and horror imagery tend to appear more and more often as the manhwa progresses. In the lighter cases of gore, there are frequent scenes of arms or legs being severed which are censored by having the cuts and the blood shown in black or white. Heavier cases may include cannibalism and various elements of body horror.
Heavy gore content warnings can be found at the beginning of some chapters.

The God of High School - Naver Café
On 21st May 2015, YD Online released "The God of High School", a turn-based action RPG game. The service was later transferred to WONCOMZ on 29th August 2019.
On 25th May 2016 they have released a promotional video for its 1st Year Anniversary. The song is "Fly to high", sang by Younha, and the full song surpassed 4,5 million views on Youtube, while the visual surpassed 10 million on the official WEBTOON Youtube account.
2024 The God of High School - Naver Café
It's unusual, but this game's name changes depending on the year, the formula being "[Year] + The God of High School". It was released on 24th April 2015.
It's an RPG-type of game.
Hero Cantare - Naver Café
On 22nd January 2019, Hero Cantare, a turn-based RPG, was released.
It was a collaboration game between the webtoon series "The God of High School", "Hardcore Leveling Warrior" and "Tower of God", but there had also been limited event collaborations such as "Noblesse", "White Blood" and "The Advanced Player of the Tutorial Tower".
It shut down its servers on December 29th 2023.
