New Korea
This faction was created by Jin Mori after waging war against the World Government. He had been watching Park Mujin's actions for 17 years to ascertain whether it was worth forgiving him or not, and, taking into consideration all factors including the quality of life of non power borrowers, decided to declare war.

New Korea occupied the territory of Seoul, but its expansion had to stop due to resistance of citizens who supported Park Mujin. [1]

Non power borrowers mass migrated into New Korea, and such it built its own infrastructure, from an estimated 3-4 years to less than 6 months. [2]

It is in an official alliance with Han Daewi's NOX [3], and after the war with the World Government, Balhae allied itself with New Korea aswell. [4]

Hearing of Park Mujin's plans of reviving Tathagata's corpse on the moon, the World Government under Park Ilpyo supported NASA's activities on New Korea in order to investigate. [5]

Members
New Korea doesn't have a clear hierarchy, but as its founder, Jin Mori is the leader. As he is allied with NOX, its members, including Xiaochen, helped maintain New Korea's defense and integrity.

Dan Ahan actively defended and helped out with the infrastructure of New Korea, while Baek Seungcheol, with the help of the work force of the non power borrowers, architects and experts, mass produced nano machine production facilities.
​
Joanne, an architect who was treated horribly at her workplace due to not being a power borrower, significantly helped with the facilities by designing them herself and convincing those who worked on the nano machine development to help out, them being her former workmates. [8]

Jin Mori hired Kim Dusik to protect New Korea and Dan Ahan during his absence in exchange for the heads of 2 Executives in the Beijing branch of the World Government. [9]
Locations
New Korea was declared an independent state at DDM History and Culture Park, where the GOH tournament was held. After the retreat of Park Mujin, they continued the offensive until New Korea occupied Seoul. [3]

In order to save children who suffered from the X Syndrome, nano machine production facilities were mass produced with the help of Seungcheol Baek, immigrant architects such as Joanne and those who contributed at the development of the nano machines. [2]

Relationships with other political powers
At first warring for independence and then sieging the World Government, the ultimate goal was to bring down Park Mujin. Throughout the war, aiming for political correctness, there were no Executives or citizens killed. The entire World Government army was brought down by Jin Mori and Han Daewi in 30 minutes. [7]

Park Mujin had also sieged New Korea with suicide bombers as a diversion for him to restore the Holy Land. Kim Dusik, Xiaochen and Dan Ahan successfully halted the invasion with no human casualties, except for 3 Generation X children killed when they engaged Kim Dusik in combat.

Due to the fact that Jin Mori had no interest in actually annexing the World Government, he staged his defeat against Park Ilpyo in order to use it as propaganda that would propel him into the position of the future World President. As a result, the war was recorded as a victory for the World Government.
​
After the war, Park Ilpyo took Park Mujin's position as the World President, immediately rectifying the pro-borrowed power policies and making World Government's priority to ally with New Korea.
​
When the day of reviving Tathagata approached, they invaded New Korea in order to get to the Sacred Place.
​
NOX, under the leadership of Han Daewi, supported Jin Mori even before the creation of New Korea. It fought alongside it for its independence, and continued being allies until the end.
​
After the news of Jin Mori's appearance, Balhae had intensified their guerrilla warfare. Despite being reluctant to ally with Han Daewi's NOX, it allied itself with New Korea after the war against the World Government.
